17.3 Graduates will possess solid knowledge of theology and music, equipping them to engage meaningfully in today’s world.

18. Curriculum and Structure:

-The advanced program is one year long.

-Each academic year includes two semesters.

-Students must complete 35 credit hours per year.

-Academic advisors will mentor students throughout the program.

-Courses are delivered through a combination of online and offline formats.

-Several educational conferences and workshops will be held each year.

-Courses begin in February, with the second semester starting in June.

19. Program Components and Duration:

We designed and developed various components in the fields of theology, music scales, worship performance, and the personality of worshipers. Our initial educational program spans one year for advanced students. However, if students choose to remain with us beyond their first year, their courses and elements will become more advanced in their second year. The ultimate duration of the complete course is two years. Which is equivalent to 70 units of an associate degree. The first year and the semester start in February and the second semester starts in June.

20. Credit distribution:

1- Theology (12 credits): Worship theology, Christian doctrine overview, hermeneutics, leadership skills.

2- Music (16 credits): Introductory and advanced theory/solfège, primary instrument (Singing), secondary and optional instrument (guitar or piano).

3- Practical Courses (7 credits):  conferences (3), year-long assignments and mentorship (2), and practical ministry service (2).

21. The number of credits:

Every credit of AWA represents 15 hours of participation in a learning activity.

In the American educational system, each unit is equivalent to 15 hours of study and educational activities each semester. (which is usually followed by the Iranian university system too) It should be noted that one course in the American education system is between 3 and 4 credits, so each course requires 45 to 60 hours of study and educational activities each semester. The total number of credits for the one-year course of Ava Worship Academy is 35 credits. The two-year AWA training courses are equivalent to an Associate Degree.

22. The prerequisite:

To participate in the advanced  course of worship academy there is an entrance requirement:

1- Having intermediate knowledge of music and understanding. which is measured by the Education Management department

2- Commitment to allocate sufficient time about 15 hours per week during semesters to attend classes, complete homework, and engage in practice for approximately 8 months per year.

3- Evaluate and final confirmation by Ava Worship Academy.

23. Tuition:

  • Introductory Program (4 months): $200 per student.

  • Advanced Program (1 year): $1,700 per student.

-In the hallowed halls of academics training method, where disciplines unfurl their unique tapestries of knowledge, the temporal expanse of each course, coupled with the myriad requisites of erudition—comprising tomes, scholastic apparatus, seminars, mentors, and pedagogical guides—necessitates the imposition of a tuition fee.

-The annual tuition fee for the one-year course is $1,700 per student. We hope that students can cover this cost independently and find sponsors among friends, family, or their local church.

- All participants are required to complete the registration process and pay the specified fees before the commencement of the academy.

-Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the academy.

24. scholarship:

-We have scholarships for those who can not afford but unfortunately, our scholarships are limited.

-Ava Worship Academy emphasizes the student's responsibility in providing educational expenses because paying is one of the signs of having a vision and calling. In addition, the financial and spiritual support of the church where the student is a member will indicate the church's support for the student and the future of the Persian church.

- If a student needs a scholarship, he must also complete the application form for a loan or scholarship. The student is expected to gradually repay the loan to the Ava Worship Academy after completing his/her studies and having sufficient income.

-As our admission capacity is limited, we hope that more students will be given the opportunity to study with the support of the church and the sponsors. Therefore, we invite all those who care about the future of the Persian Church to join us and plant seeds in this extraordinary and historic ministry.

25. Entire Agreement:
   - These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Ava Worship Academy and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.

   - Participants are encouraged to contact the academy for clarification on any terms and conditions they find unclear or require further information about.

   - The academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
   - Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
